Due to the content and purpose of the WEBSITE, individuals who wish to obtain information or purchase the products offered on this website must register using the USERS/CUSTOMERS form, which can be accessed by completing the REGISTRATION form. 2. RESERVATION PRICES.

The prices shown on the WEBSITE include VAT on all reservations, and payment is made in the amount of 50% at the time of reservation through the established payment systems.

3. BOOKING CONDITIONS.

• By accepting the booking conditions and terms of use of the website, and for the booking to be effective, advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required, with the remainder to be paid on arrival.
• The minimum stay is 2 days, which may be extended to 7 days, depending on the season.
• Adverse weather conditions are inherent to the mountain environment where the Camin Reiau apartments are located. These circumstances do not affect our cancellation policy, as they are considered part of the mountain experience. No refunds will be made for cancellations due to weather conditions, except in cases of force majeure that prevent access to the apartments or require their evacuation by order of the competent authorities.

4. PAYMENT METHOD

The USER/CUSTOMER shall pay 50% at the time of placing the order.

The USER/CUSTOMER must pay the amount corresponding to their order by credit card; VISA or MASTERCARD.

The USER/CUSTOMER must notify the website administrator of any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for payments, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that the administrator can take the appropriate steps.

5. RETURNS

5.1. RETURN PROCEDURE

When canceling a reservation, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid to formalize the reservation, subject to the following charges:

• If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 15 days before arrival, the establishment will not charge you.
• If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 25% of the total stay.
• If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 10 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 50% of the total stay.
• If you cancel or modify your reservation after the deadline, or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the stay.
• Failure to show up at the apartment without prior cancellation will result in the total amount of the reservation being charged.

IMPORTANT
For dates from December 25, 2025, to January 6, 2026, if you cancel or modify your reservation up to 30 days before arrival, the establishment will not charge you.

6. REFUNDS TO THE USER/CUSTOMER

The website administrator will process the refund using the same system that was used for the payment. The refund will be credited to the USER/CUSTOMER’s account or card depending on the card and the issuing entity. The refund will be credited within 30 days for credit cards.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

JAQUET SOLÉ CASALS, S.L. informs users of their right to access, rectify, oppose, delete, limit, and transfer their personal data, so that they can obtain a copy of the personal data they have provided on the website in order to transfer it to other services.
